SOEX integrates engineering review, qualified manufacturing, inspection, FAT, documentation and international logistics for static equipment, packaged units and process systems.
Packages are configured against the project datasheets and requisition. Final design responsibility, certification route and manufacturing location are confirmed during technical and vendor qualification review.
SOEX converts the purchaser’s requisition into a controlled procurement package. Clarifications and deviations remain visible until closed; manufacturing begins only against an agreed technical baseline.
Process and mechanical datasheets, design pressure and temperature, corrosion allowance, materials, loads, utilities, hazardous-area requirements and site conditions.
Applicable project specifications and selected codes such as ASME Section VIII, TEMA, API, EN, ISO, GOST and client standards. The governing edition and certification route are confirmed per RFQ.
Bid tabulation, compliance matrix, deviation register, vendor document requirements, interface list and design-review schedule.
General arrangements, calculations, datasheets, material specifications, welding and NDT procedures, ITP, test procedures, preservation plan, packing list and as-built dossier.
The inspection plan is agreed before fabrication and follows the risk and code requirements of each package.
Material certificates, positive identification where specified, heat-number traceability, receiving checks and controlled substitution.
Approved WPS/PQR, qualified welders, consumable control, weld mapping, preheat and PWHT records as applicable.
VT, PT, MT, UT, RT, dimensional inspection, pressure/leak testing and performance tests according to the approved ITP.
Client or third-party witnessing, punch-list closure, release note, preservation verification and shipping clearance.
Vendor document register, revision workflow, comment resolution, manufacturing record book and final as-built dossier.
Progress monitoring, inspection visits, non-conformance control, recovery actions and production-status reporting.
A repeatable package workflow keeps technical, quality and commercial decisions aligned.
Scope, code, interfaces and deliverables.
Capability, load, certification and geography.
Compliance matrix and deviation closure.
Documents, ITP, inspection and schedule.
FAT, dossier, packing and logistics.
SOEX will review technical completeness, identify qualification needs and return a structured clarification list before commercial proposal.
