We are an engineering-driven procurement integrator — not a trader, not a reseller. We qualify manufacturers, control the engineering and deliver equipment that meets the specification.

SOEX Engineering Co., Limited is an international engineering and procurement company registered in Hong Kong. We act as a supply integrator between project owners and EPC contractors on one side, and a network of qualified manufacturing partners on the other.

Each package is engineered against the client's technical specification, sourced from pre-qualified vendors, inspected through fabrication and released to site under full documentation control. The client signs one contract; SOEX carries the manufacturing, inspection and logistics interface.
